Returns Policy

Return Window

RGT Technology accepts returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging with all accessories included.

Refund Amount

Eligible returns receive a full refund of the purchase price. There are no restocking fees for standard returns.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part — wrong item shipped, item not as described, or defective on arrival — RGT Technology pays all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Non-Returnable Items

✕ Items that have been opened, installed, or used
✕ Custom-ordered or specially sourced items (marked as such at time of sale)
✕ Items returned after 30 days from delivery
✕ Repair services already completed

How to Initiate a Return

1Contact us at sales@rgttechnology.com or +1 (844) 894-4969 with your order number and reason for return.
2Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.
3Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.
4Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty

All products sold by RGT Technology — whether new or surplus — are covered by our 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Products sold by RGT Technology do not include the original manufacturer's warranty. Our 1-year warranty is provided solely by RGT Technology LLC.

Warranty claims are handled through the same return process described above. If a product fails within the warranty period under normal use, RGT Technology will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping

RGT Technology ships to customers worldwide, with experience shipping to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are weight-based. Weight is rounded up to the next full pound for rate calculation purposes. Exact shipping costs are confirmed in your quote.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to availability. Expedited processing is available for emergency (down machine) situations — contact us to discuss options.

Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL for international shipments. Carrier selection is based on destination, package weight, and urgency. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@rgttechnology.com. Retain all original packaging materials as they may be required for carrier damage claims.
