The unit is bench-tested to confirm the failure and identify root cause, not just the failed component. You receive a firm quote before any work starts.

Repair and test
Failed and at-risk components are replaced, the unit is cleaned and reassembled, then tested under operating conditions.

Return with warranty
The repaired unit ships back with a test report and our 1-year warranty.

What if the unit cannot be repaired?
If a unit is beyond economical repair we tell you, and we can usually offer a tested replacement or exchange unit from our inventory instead.
Do you repair equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturer?
Yes. Obsolete and end-of-life equipment is the core of what we do. Lack of OEM support is not a barrier to repair.
