An exchange gets a tested replacement on its way to you immediately while your failed unit comes back to us. Your old unit is credited toward the replacement, so you pay less than a straight purchase and avoid waiting on a repair.
We also buy and take in surplus inventory outright. Obsolete units that would otherwise be scrapped become the cores that keep other plants running.

Frequently asked questions
Does the core have to be repairable?
Cores should be complete and unmodified. Units with severe physical damage may receive a reduced credit, which we confirm before the exchange ships.
Can I trade in surplus parts I no longer need?
Yes. We take in surplus and unused inventory as credit toward parts you do need, or purchase it outright.
How long do I have to return the core?
The return window is agreed at the time of the exchange and stated on your quote.
